DESIGN

TÛZÕR Ltd. is primarily engaged in the design and implementation of installed fire safety equipment. In this framework we make efforts at making our scope of businesses as complete as possible for the fullest satisfaction of the customer requirements.

 

GENERAL CONTRACTING

 

In our scope of operations, as general contractors, we undertake the implementation, testing and handing over before the authority of complex fire water supply systems, sprinkler systems, total flooding foam systems, water mist fire suppression systems, gas extinguishing systems, storage tank fire protection systems.

Together with the related structures, sub-structures and linear facilities as well as fire alarm systems, in a turn-key solution, a complexity meeting the Customer requirements is provided.
This activity of ours incorporates the efficient, fast and professional implementation of planning, licensing, before the various authorities and specialised authorities (Environmental, Energy and Energy Safety, Medical Officers, Water Management, etc.), installating and commissioning independently or through outsourcing.
According to the varied nature of the task and the customer requirements we design and construct systems according to the various international requirements (NFPA, VdS, EURONORM) and naturally, all the Hungarian regulations.

 

DESIGN OF FIRE SAFETY SYSTEMS

 

We implement our systems with the observation of quality managing system requirements ISO 9001. With full responsibility, we also ensure quality work performed by our suppliers and sub-contractors.
In addition to our very stringent own control procedures, the institutions insurance companies also certify our quality (Factory Mutual, VdS).
We undertake the design of fire water supply systems, sprinkler systems, total flooding foam systems, water mist fire suppression systems, gas extinguishing systems according to the various international standards (NFPA, EURONORM, VdS, etc.) and naturally meeting all the Hungarian regulations. This activity of ours also includes the efficient, fast and professional implementation of design and obtaining licenses from the various authorities, according to the specifications of EN ISO 9001:2001.
In the course of the design operations of Tûzõr Ltd. the equipment, procedures and systems corresponding to the latest international research are taken into account. During our projects in addition to the expertise of our own well-trained and experienced designers in more complicated cases we can also count on the contribution of experts of our supplier companies and of the specialists of insurance corporations. In the design work the most advanced software packages, the latest CAD programmes, budgeting programmes and hardware equipment are applied, design and engineering are carried out completely in electronic format.

 

DESIGN OF STORAGE TANKS

 

Part of our design activities includes the design of storage tanks containing flammable liquids, meeting the international specifications (API 650, API 620, DIN 4119). The design of tanks meeting the modern technical requirements, the international and Hungarian standard specifications defined their safety. Meeting fire safety requirements at high standards, however, also requires the establishment of a sophisticated fire safety system. Therefore, we undertake a complex design task: going beyond the design plans of the tank(s) we also carry out the fire safety design of the tank(s).
